Most recently he co-wrote and co-executive produced The Lost Room, a miniseries for the Sci-Fi Channel produced by Lionsgate Television starring Peter Krause, Julianna Margulies, and Kevin Pollak. The Lost Room was created by Leone, Laura Harkcom, and Paul Workman and first aired in December 2006. In 2006 Leone’s short film K-7 screened at over 60 film festivals, including the Tribeca Film Festival, SXSW, and the Seattle Film Festival, and won 12 awards including Best Live Action Short at HBO’s U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Best Short at CineVegas, Best Short at the Portland International Film Festival, and a Jury Mention at the Clermont-Ferrand International Short Film Festival. Currently Leone is preparing to direct his first feature film, Jack Vs. Future Jack. LAURA HARKCOMPRODUCERlaura@k7movie.comProducer Laura Harkcom spent 4 years as a studio executive at Warner Bros., where she oversaw the development of the films Space Jam, The Iron Giant and Osmosis Jones, as well as projects for such talent as Quincy Jones, George Clooney, and Sandra Bullock. She currently works as a writer and producer with partner Christopher Leone, with whom she has written and/or produced scripts for Columbia Pictures and Miramax. With Chris she wrote and co-executive produced The Lost Room, a mini-series they created with Paul Workman. The Lost Room first aired on the Sci-Fi Channel in Decemeber 2006 and was produced by Lionsgate Television. LAWRENCE MATTISPRODUCERcircle@k7movie.comLawrence Mattis gave up his career as an attorney to become the founder of Circle of Confusion Ltd., a New York-based management company representing writers and directors in the film industry. He has been particularly successful at launching new talent. In 2002, Mattis expanded the operations of Circle of Confusion to include a Los Angeles office and a more active production agenda. Circle has set up two dozen projects, including films at Warner Brothers, Disney, Universal, New Regency, New Line, and Paramount. He is also producing the independent supernatural thriller "Reaper" slated for production in Fall 2005, and executive produced "Dirty Work" by Circle writer-director client Bruce Terris, and Circle client Tony Jaswinski’s “Killing Time” which premiered in dramatic competition at Sundance 2002. Among Circle's clients are Larry and Andy Wachowski (creators of "The Matrix Trilogy"), Simon Kinberg ("Mr. & Mrs. Smith" “XXX2” “X-Men 3”), Gregg Chabot & Kevin Peterka ("Reign of Fire"), Joe Tropiano ("Big Night"), and emerging young film makers such as Jed Weintrob ("Online") and JT Petty ("Soft For Digging"), both of whom premiered their films at Sundance, and Kiran, whose debut feature "Kid Bang" is being produced by Fox Searchlight. Circle also represents video game creators and comic book creators, most notably the Eisner Award-winning creator of “Powers,” Brian Michael Bendis (also writer of “Ultimate Spiderman,” “X-Men,” “Daredevil,” and “Fantastic Four” for Marvel). In 2005, Circle entered a strategic partnership with Foundation 9, the largest independent video game developer in North America, to create original IP franchises across multiple media platforms. KENNETH YEUNGDIRECTOR OF PHOTOGRAPHYkenneth@k7movie.comKenneth is an award-winning cinematographer who enjoys photographing a diverse array of projects. The range of his work includes non sync-sound experimental, mainstream narrative, music videos and a feature-length documentary. He is a graduate of the American Film Institute. KEEFUS CIANCIACOMPOSERKeefus Ciancia is one half of Vincent & Mr. Green, along with Jade Vincent. Their album “Vincent & Mr. Green” was released in 2004 on Ipecac Records. Keefus is also a founding member of Weapon of Choice with Lonnie Marshall. Keefus since has worked with the likes of Dr. Dre, E-40, Ice Cube, Vic Chestnut, The Soul of John Black, Mack 10, Fishbone, Blowfly, Skerrick, Mother Tongue, Macy Gray, Allison Krauss, Everlast and Elvis Costello. His film credits include Spiderman, Cold Mountain, and scored several scenes from the Coen Brothers recent film The Ladykillers.
